What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Narrative: Ms. Sue d. eller, CFI was providing flight instruction to Mr. Thomas gorich, owner of aircraft. Mr. Gorich was not rated in multi-engine land class, although he did hold a private pilot certificate with asel class. On fourth landing at ukf, instructor simulated single engine approach and landing. Mr. Gorich, who occupied pilot seat, stated that the airplane 'got ahead' of him, and he consequently landed gear up. Instructor failed to follow and complete landing check list procedures. Note: original form 8020-5 submitted by ken kesey, SO-FSDO-05, incorrectly indicated that me. Gorich was PIC.
