Narrative: aircraft departed rdu international airport enroute to ilm, during roll-out crew observed a flap disagreement on aircraft warning panel, 5 degrees on the retraction of outbound flaps. Crew elected to return to rdu, aircraft landed without further incident, and taxied to parking. Maintenance was notified. Maintenance consisted of cleaning outboard flap tracks. No other maintenance was provided. Aircraft was released for a test flight, problem was not duplicated. Aircraft released back to service. "Follow-up" with certificate holding office.
