From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: ice was present on paved area that aircraft slid over at the eastern end of runway 15. There were some spots that showed concrete. Due to no thrust reverser option the only braking was the hydraulic wheel braking system. Aircraft landed and while still dissipating energy, it contacted the icy surface and slid into the cemetery grounds. Visual observation of damage to aircraft was minimal. No engine ingestion of FOD. Thrust reversers were deactivated (pinned) per canadian dot. Otb tire on RH main gear indicated skid on one spot until tire blew, inbd tire ok. Inbd tire on LH main gear indicated skid on one spot until tire blew. Otb tire ok. Scrape on side of fuselage (approximately 3'10" long and 1/4" wide and approx 1/32" deep) longitudinal at approximately 4 o'clock looking fwd. No structural damage was visible. Flying door on RH main gear had a hinge at top of door separated from bottom of wing. Small smudge on nose of aircraft from contacting 3' high wooden fence. Ice on ground.
