From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: the pilot stated; while taxiing into corporate jets' ramp, the right brake began to lose pressure. I pumped the brake and again the brake lost pressure. At this time I was using full rudder and I called to the co-pilot that I lost the brakes and needed help stopping. When he began to brake, the aircraft began to turn and slow down; but due to the proximity to the building, we were unable to avoid contact due to the icy condition of the ramp. The left wing struck the steel support to the overhang outside the lobby. Damage was located approximately 11/2 to 2 feet from the wing tip and about 4 inches deep. Submission of this report closes this incident.
