From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: aircraft stopped on taxiway to clear large jet departing. When cleared to continue taxiing, added power and released brakes. At this time, nose gear collapsed and prop struck the taxiway. Aircraft had lateral movement due to prop strike and main gear collapsed. Aircraft moved to maintenance facility where it was determined the nose gear retract truss assembly had failed. Some corrosion noted on inside of truss tube but could not be detected from exterior inspection (visual). There were no injuries and no fire and minor damage to the aircraft. This office considers this incident closed.
