From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Runway 33 was the active runway and another aircraft was in the traffic pattern announcing base then final for runway 33. N201BT touched down approximately half way down the runway and went approximately 10 feet off the end. The main landing gear doors were damaged by striking 2 reils. The pilot noticed that the wind had changed and verified this with the AWOS. The wind had changed approximately 180 degrees causing him to land with a downwind condition.
