From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: a HS-125 operated by medjet international departed the runway after landing on runway 03 at Birmingham, AL. The landing was normal until the nose was lowered to the runway. The a/c started a right turn which was uncontrollable by the crew. As the a/c departed the runway, the f/o who was in the left seat discovered that a hand held calculator was jammed under the nose wheel steering wheel. The f/o was able to free the wheel. However by this time the a/c was stopped in the grass between the runway and taxiway. The a/c had no damage and there were no injuries.
