From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: the pilot was re-positioning the aircraft from one ramp area to another. He requested and received taxi instructions from ground control. The taxiway forks as it approaches runway 19L/1R. The pilot saw some barricades to his left, taxied forward, and the nose gear fell into a shallow excavation. After the pilot shut down the aircraft on the yingling ramp, he noticed the prop tips had received minor damage. The barricades are painted boards and are frequently moved by construction workers driving to and from the construction site.
