What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Narrative: on may 28, 1996 at approximately 1315 PDT, N5330Z, (a PA-22-108 aircraft), piloted by Mr. Sanderson, landed his aircraft on Enterprise municipal airports taxiway. At the time work crews were working on closed (x'ed out and notamed) runway and along the taxiway. Mr. Sanderson caused one workman along the taxiway to abandon and flee the piece of equipment he was servicing to avoid being hit by the aircraft wing. This closes the incident. Because of stale evidence an enforcement action will not follow.
