From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: the pilot reported that during an approach to osu (Columbus, Ohio) the landing gear was lowered and there was no green lights. The approach was aborted and emergency extension procedures resulted in the main landing gear extension and the nose gear in a trail position. A landing was made at cmh and the nose gear folded on landing. Damage to the aircraft was limited to both propellers that were both feathered prior to landing, radome and both nose gear landing doors. Maintenance found evidence of the loss of hydraulic fluid in the right wheel well area. The aircraft is being flown back to the home base with the landing gear braced down. A m or d will be forthcoming.
