From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: after touching down on the runway, the aircraft veered to the left. The pilot tried with both brake and rudder to make a correction but was unable to accomplish the task. The result was a groundloop causing minor damage to the right landing gear, right wing skin, and engine cowling. A post incident inspection revealed the right brake to be inoperative. The pilot was unable to produce both his pilot certificate and medical certificate when requested by inspector black. A service difficulty report will be issued. privacy data omitted This is a final report.
