From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: after touchdown aircraft bounced due to gust of wind. As the aircraft slowed, pilot applied full aileron into the wind. When brakes were applied, the aircraft swerved to the left and started to ground loop and then drug the right wingtip and struck the prop. Pilot applied power to straighten it out which was successful. As soon as he started to exit off the runway, the aircraft swung to the left again and struck two taxiway lights. Pilot stated that he had previous problem with left brake.
