From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: just prior to VI the left main outboard tire blew. The flight crew could see trailing edge flap damage, and the tower reported metal on the runway and damage to the left main gear door. The crew elected to stay in the area, burn off fuel and make an emergency landing. Concerned about the possibility of a post landing fire the decision was made to do an emergency evacuation. Prior to the landing the crew and passengers were briefed on what door would be used. The R1 door slide twisted on deployment so the crew opened the L1 door and deployed the slide. During the evacuation one passenger broke their ankle. After landing both engine fire bottles were discharged.
