From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Preliminary information is pointing towards the possibility of the aircraft being loaded aft of CG limits. Another area of concern is the uneven spoolup of the engines during the go around. The cargo containers were not weighed prior to transhippment. We were unable to establish factual information that the CG was aft of limits. This theory is supported by analysis of the flight data recorder. Tests conducted on the thrust reversers after the accident disclosed that the #1 thrust reverser (inboard segment) does not properly stow when coming out of reverse. N/o=data not obtained (foreign air carrier)
