From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: skyways flight 1906 struck two taxiway lights at the intersection of runway 25L and taxiway e after landing on runway 19R. Time of day was 2045, 15 minutes after official sunset. Contributing factors were construction on taxiway e immediately south of runway 25L, the condition of the taxiway centerway markings and the first officer turning off the landing and taxi lights. Corrective action taken: 1. Both crew members suspended without pay and given proficiency checks. 2. Airport repainted taxiway center lines. 3. Company checklist procedures reevaluated.
