From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: during inspection it was noted that the left aileron and pitot sustained damage during landing roll. A closer look at the left MLG revealed that a small washer was found lodged in between the left MLG down lock. It seems that the washer was picked up during taxi before the flight. The sq. Safety officer has put in a request to have a sweeper sweep the ramp at least once a week. Before there was no sweeper used at the Mcguire Afb aero club, as stated by capt. kenneth j. orr, 305 amw flight safety officer. This investigation is considered closed.
