From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: at 50' above runway threshold, pilot experienced a rapid loss of airspeed and a right drift. The right wheel touched off the runway. The airplane proceeded left across the runway and through the grass area between the runway and taxiway. Just before stopping, the left main gear struck a 3' sq. Concrete pad which dislodged the left main gear, causing the airplane to settle on the left wing. Weather was light rain that turned into a "down pour within 2 minutes of getting out of the airplane."
