From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: united airlines flight 361 enroute chicago, IL, to san jose, CA diverted to Omaha, NE due to electrical problems. Company mechanics found the #1 ac buss electrical system dropped off line and did not transfer the #2 generator to power the #1 buss. (The #2 buss items continued to be powered by the #2 generator.) Investigation revealed the #1 ac buss circuit breaker popped and would not reset which caused the #1 ac buss electrical system to go off line and also would not allow the transfer of #2 generator power to the #1 ac buss electrical company mechanics replaced the #1 circuit breaker.
