From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: pilot lowered landing gear and did not get a "down and locked" light for the r/h main landing gear. After cycling the gear they then used the emergency extension procedures. This did not help. The right engine was shut down and the aircraft was landed. The left main gear was kept over the runway and the right over the grass. The aircraft landed safely with only minor damage to the gear door, the right aileron and flap. The aircraft was inspected and bellcrank p/n 5041001-2 was found broken and rod assembly p/n 0840125-200 was bent.
