From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Right wing hit telephone pole turning to park on ramp. (.4)after landing, the pilot started to park in a spot near the southeast end of the parking ramp. Seeing that there were no tie-down ropes in that row, he decided to taxi to a spot at the FAR west part of the ramp. While attempting to park the aircraft in a tie-down location on the western most row, he failed to see a light standard (utility pole) located just off the western edge of the ramp. As he began his turn to align the aircraft with the parking spot, the aircraft's right wing impacted the pole.
