On August 08,1998 at approximately 0830, a PA-31-350 (N3580X) operated by union flights (unia) was involved in a single aircraft incident at Kneeland, CA airport(O19). Two (2) occupants were on board the aircraft, the pilot Mr. William marcum an employee of union flights and Mr. John toler a passenger. The incident occurred during landing, sustaining minor damage to aircraft, with no reported injuries or airport property damage. In his attempt to slow the aircraft, the pilot applies additional pressure to the fully functioanl right brake, subsequently slewing the aircraft 90 degrees to the right and off the airport runway. Extent of damage was one(1) bent propeller, and several small tears to right wing under surface due to contact with airports perimeter barbed wire fence and metal post.
