From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Acft crashed in a corn field. (From .4) the pilot was demonstrating a stall to a passenger. During the recovery, the airplane continued to descend with full power applied, and the main landing gear struck a rock wall. The airplane flipped over and came to rest in a corn field. The pilot reported he had not compensated for the additional weight of the passenger when he performed the stall. (-23) the pilot entered an intentional stall at insufficient altitude. The pilot was able to get the aircraft in a level attitude when the aircraft landing gear struck a stone wall at the edge of a cornfield.
