From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On climb out from MDT to lwb at approximately 1510 local, with normal routing, we were climbing to FL 240 when bob (SIC) told me the cabin was 6000FT and climbing. Shortly after he told me the cabin was at 8000FT. I called Washington center and stated our problem and asked for lower. I was cleared to 1400FT. During descent we noticed bob (SIC) was looking at the differential guage and not the cabin altitude. There was no problem with the a/c. (PIC statement)
