From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-5) During student pilots second supervised solo, the aircraft departed the runway to the left side while transitioning from the landing phase to the takeoff phase during his fourth touch and go of the day. It appears the student pilot may have lost directional control while cleaning the aircraft up for the takeoff. The aircraft sustained minor damage and was repaired on scene and returned to goodyear, AZ. The flight school has now changed their procedures to no longer allow student pilots to practice solo touch and go's.
