From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-5)On January 11, 1999, at approximately 1625 local time, a Piper pa 31-350, N333SC, was landing on runway 9 at the Newark-Heath Airport, Heath, OH. The aircraft's left main main gear encountered snowdrifts on left side of runway causing aircraft to turn abruptly to the left. Aircraft's ring main gear and nose gear collapsed. No injuries were sustained by either pilot or passenger. The incident was witnessed by the airport manager.
