From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Mr. Cardella stated that as he taxied on the ramp (with the intentions of leaving the arpt. After refueling), he heard the noice of another aircraft operating behind his right side. He continued taxiing while looking to that aircraft over his shoulder. When he proceed to start doing "s" turns (for ground clearance checks, the Kitfox is a tail wheel aircraft) to the left, he hit then the aircraft parked on the ramp directly in front of him. The aircraft parked on the ramp approx. 100 ft nw of the fuel facility.
