From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) During landing roll-out on runway 12, the pilot applied brakes and caused the aircraft to veer to the right. The excess side load on the left wheel caused the left axle to break off the landing gear. As the left landing gear dug into the dirt 15 feet beyond the right edge of runway 12, the aircraft went over on its nose resulting in damage to the left wing tip and the propeller. The aircraft came to rest on its nose and main landing gear. The pilot received no injuries.
