Compare the reported make and model.

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) While flying over pugent sound toward upsloping terrain at the southern end of Bainbridge island, the pilot initiated a climb. The a/c transitioned into a climb as it passed over the shoreline, but the pilot perceived the athe climb rate would not allow satisfactory clearance of the tops of the conifer trees in the flight path. He made a shallow (30 degrees) left heading change towards downsloping terrain. The a/c passed through the tops of the trees in a wings level attitude, and then impacted the terrain. Ther e was no post crash fire and all five occupants exited the a/c.
