From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot landed gear up on runway 21. Pilot stated he put gear down but then his flaps would not go down. He decided runway was long enough for a no flap landing and when he landed gear was up. Grb fss heard Hawker N47LP which was waiting to take off in Sheboygan call on the radio and say "go around-go around-your gear is up". Aircraft was picked up and all gear came out & went down and locked and gear warning horn worked. All indications are pilot did not have gear selected down on landing.
