From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot stated that after a normal landing on runway 4R he noticed a vibration and thought the a/c may have a flat tire. He allowed the a/c to roll out with minimal braking. Before turning off the runway, the right main gear collapsed and the a/c rotated 160 degrees to the right while sliding off the right side of the runway and striking a runway light. A subsequent inspection of the right main gear revealed that the retraction rod had failed. The tire was in normal condition and had not been flat.
