What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) Pilot has declined to provide information, the aircraft did land on a wet runway at dca and upon touchdown or shortly after blew out 3 of the 4 main landing gear tires, it appeared that heavy braking by the pilot was the cause of the incident. The pilot maintained control of the aircraft on the runway but was then unable to taxi. The tires were destroyed and there were no injuries. The pilot will be re-examined.
