From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) She landed on runway 25 at Cadillac. She was very happy with the landing and thought she could make the first turnoff just past midfield. She put on the brakes and swerved to the left and over corrected and swerved inthe opposite direction. This went on for about 3 cycles until she departed the runway to the right and spun around ending up facing the direction from which she came. Just before departing the runway she realized that she had forgotten to reduce the power to idle.
