From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Visual meterorological conditions. During the approach phase of flight the pilot attempted to lower the landing gear. Both main landing gear would not extend with normal or emergency procedures. Only the nose gear extended and locked. Landing was accomplished at oak at 12:47 with only the nose gear down and locked. Very minimal damage to a/c, no wing or prop/engine damage. The tail horizontal stab showed scraping to the fiberglass tip cap and the tail tie down ring was ground down. There were no injuries to either occupant. The cause of the main landing gear malfunction is still under investigation.
