From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot states that he departed spirit of st. louis airport (sus) around 1715 CDT, enroute to Air Park South Airport (2K2) in Ozark, Missouri. While landing on runway 17 at 2K2, a gust of wind forced the aircraft to the right, off the runway and onto the grass. In the course of returning to the runway, the right wing tip impacted several small trees. This caused the aircraft to rotate 180 degrees, breaking off the nose landing gear assembly, and collapsing the left main gear assembly. The propeller assembly received damage from the ground strike and succeeding engine stoppage. Pilot was not injured. This incident, #C20011GA0031 is considered closed.
