From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Aircraft made several high speed taxi's until just lifting off of runway and then aborting the takeoffs. While back taxing on runway 23, the left main gear collapsed due to a failure of the left main gear assembly stay strut. Aircraft swerved to the right and ran off the east side of the runway approximately 300 feet south of taxiway "a". The collapse of the gear during taxi caused substantial damage to the left wing spar, lower left fuselage longeron aft of the left wing strut to fuselage attach point, the propeller and left wing tip.
