From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The crew stated they just leveled off at FL390, when they began to power back the master warning 10,000 ft light came on, so they requested lower. ARTCC issued FL280, at FL380 the crew reported pressurization problems and that they needed to level off. The crew was issued an amended clearance to FL330 at pilot's discretion. At FL 334 N357EC declared an emergency and requested to get to 10,000 ft immediately. At FL190 last reported communications and it appears the flight resumed without any further incident. After inspection of the aircraft the left flow control shut off valve had to be replaced for the air conditioning system and other pneumatic system components were inspected. The appropriate logbook entries were made.
