From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) While rolling out after landing, the pilot noticed it took more rudder to control the direction of the aircraft. At the intersection of runways 6 and 31 at Lehigh Valley International Airport (abe), Allentown, PA, the propeller suddenly hit the ground. Investigation showed the bolt holding the nose wheel axle assembly was missing, allowing the axle to slide out enough to allow the nose wheel to cock to the left side, allowing the propeller to hit the ground. Damage was minor and ther were no injuries. The flight was being conducted under 14 CFR part 141.
