From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Aircraft landed gear up while performing a touch and go landing at Keystone. Pilot stated that he performed a prelanding check of the gear and called out three down, however the gear warning horn came on just prior to touchdown. The aircraft skidded down the center line of the runway and came to a stop on the runway. The aircraft received only minor damage. Witnesses reported that an aircraft preparing for takeoff gave a warning over the common radio frequency that the aircraft on approach did not have its landing gear down.
