From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot reported that he was evaluating the turn and bank indicator as well as the autopilot system, which according to him was inoperative. He had departed pvg after talking to an avionics tech concerning this equipment and was returning to pvg after flight evaluation. He landed on runway 20 with the gear up. The aircraft came to rest at the intersection of 10 and 28 on the centerline. The gear handle was found in the "up" position. The pilot said that he heard the gear warning horn just prior to the prop striking the runway.
