What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) The pilot stated that during rollout of this "touch n'go", the aircraft began pulling to the right. The pilot also stated that he "applied full left rudder and brake, to maintain directional control." Despite this, the aircraft continued in a tight arc to the right, as the aircraft left the runway, it pivoted hard to the right, then tipping, and causing the left wing and elevator to contact the ground. The aircraft stopped with the nose pointing toward, and about 10' off the runway. Upon investigation, the right main tire was found to be deflated and had a cut approximately 2" long in the outboard sidewall.
