From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) On landing roll-out at ksea, an aft service cart rolled forward and impacted the occupied cockpit jumpseat. The flight attendant occupant of the cockpit jumpseat sustained minor injuries. The right retention bracket for the upper back of the jumpseat was displaced from the bulkhead structure, and the upper jumpseat back cross member was bent slightly left of center. The lower right jumpseat bottom was displaced from its pivot. The flight was determined not to be common carriage and operated part 91. Carrier corrective actions are to require their part 91 operations to use the same procedures as their part 121 operations, including closing the cockpit door, seating of flight attendants, and flight attendant pre-departure and pre-arrival procedures.
