What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) The pilot reported that during back-taxi on the runway for takeoff, with a quartering tailwind, the brake locked when applied. The aircraft turned left and started to leave the runway. The right gear started to fold and the right wing came to rest on a berm paralleling the side of the runway. The gear did not fold all the way and remained approximately 30 degrees extended. The pilot inspected the aircraft and reported minor damage to the prop tips, a broken downlock, a damaged gear actuator, and a sheared right aileron outer hinge bracket.
