What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) While on final, the pilot allowed the aircraft to drift from the left grass runway (33L) towards the right grass runway (33R). While making an adjustment he left the spoilers out too FAR and lost more altitude than expected. Due to the cross wind, the pilot had the left wing down and while concentrating on the gully at the end of the runway and the loss of altitude he did not level the wings and the left wing tip struck the grass and caused the aircraft to land in a crab (sideward) situation which caused the accident.
