From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) After 20 years as an inactive pilot, PIC received 5 hours of dual and a flight review endorsement. On next flight, PIC allowed the airplane to porpoise during his 1st landing, ultimately striking the runway with the propeller. Both tips were scraped, and the lower cowling at the firewall was slightly deformed. PIC continued to operate the airplane in the traffic pattern, and made two more landings without further incident. PIC failed to detect the damage during post-flight inspection. This incident, privacy data omitted, is closed with this report.
