From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) During take off on an IFR flight from pae to apc, pilot/owner aborted take off on runway 16R at pae after he noted wind shift, and performance issues with aircraft. Aircraft proceeded off end of runway and into dirt/grass overrun area. Both left and right main landing gear tires and wheels were heavily damaged due to skidding and subsequent loss of air pressure. Minor damage incurred to the left lower flap skin, related fairings and the landing gear outboard fairings. Upon inspection it was noted that the speed brake circuit breaker was pulled previous to this incident for maintenance reasons.
