From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot stated: that while on a VMC local flight his landing gear failed to retract after he executed a missed approach procedure. He said the landing gear motor breaker tripped. The pilot reset the breaker and it tripped again. The pilot attempted to lower the gear manually but he determined it to be jammed. Upon return to enw the control tower stated the gear appeared to be down but could not determine if it was locked. During roll-out on runway 32 the nose and left main landing gear collapsed.
