The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Today when aircraft N612 arrived Miami doing a lanchile flight 4614 originating from bogota, the aircraft was damaged by a FMC commander loader that belongs to world wide, which is the ground handling company for lanchile. The following are the sequence of events of the incident in discussion. The aircraft blocked in at 19:55 z. I did my walk around upon arrival and there were no visible damages on the aircraft. All ground equipment was parked around the aircraft waiting for the flight to clear customs to start the off-load. The aircraft cleared customs at 20:10 z, once aircraft was cleared world wide proceeded to off-load the airplane. As they approached the aft lower deck with the loader to open the cargo door the loader puncture a whole on the side of the aircraft. This happened because the loader operators failed to move the guide rail before approaching the vessel. The equipment operators were Mr. M. Cozier and roney st. louis. Accident reports were made by metro dade police department and dade county aviation department. Aircraft damage was repaired and finally aircraft blocked out at 23:20 z, one hour and twenty minutes late.
