(-23) Airman took off from grass strip. Said had full power but aircraft refused to climb. Airman said had extended flaps 3/4 for takeoff. After takeoff started to bring flaps up, aircraft sank into ground.

(-23) AIRMAN TOOK OFF FROM GRASS STRIP. SAID HAD FULL POWER BUT AIRCRAFT REFUSED TO CLIMB. AIRMAN SAID HAD EXTENDED FLAPS 3/4 FOR TAKEOFF. AFTER TAKEOFF STARTED TO BRING FLAPS UP, AIRCRAFT SANK INTO GROUND.
