What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) N4624F, a Cessna P206 was taxiing northeast on "alpha" taxiway. Winds 314 degrees at 14 knots, gusts to 20. A parked king air, tail towards the taxiway, was in the process of maintenance runup (both engines). Within 60 to 70 feet of the king air tail, buffeting prop wash lifted the P206 and flipped it upside down. An eye witness working in the hangar ran to the ramp to signal the king air operators to cut the power. Substantial damage was noted to the P206; the pilot was not injured.
