From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The aircraft landed at about 95 mph. Upon landing or shortly thereafter the right wing drooped about 3 inches and the aircraft started to shake. The pilot allowed the aircraft to slow down with minimal braking. Upon getting to the last third of the runway the pilot applied the right brake, the aircraft right side drooped again and then the right gear collapsed, causing the aircraft to veer off the right side of the runway 21. The right prop, right fuel tank, right wing, and the right elevator experienced some minor damages. The aircraft belly was scarfed under the right main landing gear. The right gear out board trunnion u-bolt that attaches the landing gear to the gear compartment was sheared. See attached photos, pilot statement and copies of the aircraft log book pages reflecting the last two (2) annual inspections.
